The only requirement is that if you created your account on Steam it needs to be linked to WG's website which is also quite easy. For the armory it's just armory.worldofwarships.(your regional extension). I'm not sure of the dockyard address tho I'm pretty sure there is one. Also if you know where the rewards are, you can click them and get them anyway. You can also try the web browser and see if it's better. It's one of the reasons I like this game well enough to bother with being a moderator! I've contacted them many times over the years and I can't think of one time I was disappointed.
